I need help in solving a problem that has arisen as a result of our next door neighbour extending our boundry dual ownership fence with barb wire without consultaion with us .The Hume city Council does not want to get involved in solving the issue. Does anyone know what steps I could take to make this ugly additon disappear so that my wife and I do not have to live behind the barb wire fence in our twilight years. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

On Thursday the 8th of September a black Pomeranian went missing near Melba avenue in Sunbury. Our family are very upset and have contacted the council, the police and the pound. I am new to Sunbury and have been trying to get broadband internet connected. All I keep hearing is 'there are no ports available at the exchange'. I am sure I am not the only one having this problem. It seems the only alternative is to use mobile broadband, an option that is far too expensive in my opinion.
So I am wondering what is wrong with providers that we can live within half an hour of Melbourne and not be able to access ADSL2+ - or even ADSL1 for that ...
